DJ Enimoney, Olamide & Reminisce are all about the rave in video for “Shibinshi”

Following the song's established direction as a party starter

Afropop songs based off street-bred sounds usually cater to public settings heavy on energetic dance moves. In July, street-pop ambassador, DJ Enimoney teamed up with Olamide and Reminisce for “Shibinshi”, a boisterous cut on which both rappers flex their affluence and reiterate their priority to keep getting money. While both rappers deliver catchy lyrics, it’s the fast-paced beat by Young John that frames the song’s main intention as a party starter.

Following its established direction, the newly-released TG Omori-directed video for “Shibinshi” is focused on the song’s rave-inducing elements. In a handful of shots, a vigorous crowd parodies a church audiences with dances suggesting being under the song’s influence. Reminisce and Olamide are also seen performing their song parts in royal chairs, ending up in a club scene where they are surrounded by smoke and beautiful models.
